Costa Rica is a tropical paradise known for its lush rainforests, diverse wildlife, and stunning beaches along both the Pacific and Caribbean coasts. Its commitment to conservation and eco-tourism makes it a haven for adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike. This itinerary gives our clients six days in this beautiful country.

Day 1: Arrival in Costa Rica

Arrive in Costa Rica and transfer to your hotel in San José. Spend the afternoon exploring the city's cultural attractions, such as the National Museum or the bustling Central Market. Enjoy a traditional Costa Rican dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 2: La Paz Waterfall Gardens

Depart from your hotel and immerse yourself in Costa Rican nature and wildlife on a 7-hour tour to La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Leave the busy streets of San Jose behind in comfortable air-conditioned transportation to discover more than 100 species at the sanctuary, including titi monkeys, 2-toed sloths, pumas, and toucans. You can even feed hummingbirds by hand. Have your camera ready for the cloud forest, waterfalls, and aviary.

Day 3: Adventure Activities in Arenal

See the highlights of the Arenal area in just one day on this action-packed tour from San Jose. Visit a coffee plantation, dine on Costa Rican fare in a local restaurant, and go zip lining and rappelling through the rain forest and over the Arenal River. Then wrap up your day with a relaxing soak in a hot spring before returning to San Jose.

Day 4: Transfer to Manuel Antonio

Depart from San Jose and travel to Manuel Antonio on the Pacific coast. Relax and unwind on the beautiful beaches of Manuel Antonio National Park, known for their pristine sands and turquoise waters. Optional activities include snorkeling, kayaking, or simply lounging on the beach. Overnight stay in Manuel Antonio.

Day 5: Explore Manuel Antonio

Spend the morning exploring Manuel Antonio National Park, renowned for its abundant wildlife, including monkeys, sloths, and colorful birds. Hike the park's trails, leading to secluded beaches and panoramic viewpoints. In the afternoon, indulge in some relaxation on the beach or enjoy water sports activities.

Day 6: Depart Costa Rica

Depart from Manuel Antonio for your journey back to San José, Costa Rica.

This itinerary provides a balanced mix of adventure, nature, and relaxation, culminating in a day spent soaking up the sun on Costa Rica's picturesque beaches. If you are interested in a similar itinerary to this gorgeous tropical country, feel free to contact us for more information.
